Your role is to keep an eye on all parts of the store and work as part of the team to achieve the goals and jobs set each day. Sometimes you will work alone at your station otherwise you may have helping hands in a team environment.

We expect you to bring 100% to your work and help out where ever needed

Remember Customers come first they are our main priority they should be greeted promptly and service should be prompt and friendly at all times

All the tasks noted below should be done at a high standard with care taken to not skip or miss steps resulting in lower standards of products and cleanliness.

Roles will include below and you may be asked to do other tasks at times

Your Main Focus is Customer service which is a huge job and so very important
Customer service

• Greeting customers as the walk in the door
• Serving Customers
• Taking orders from customers
• Giving advice to customers about products
• Helping customers find things
• Dealing with customer issues or complaints
• Keeping the counter area clean and tidy and organised

Table service
• Delivering meals to the customers table
• Delivering coffees to the customers table

Dishes and tables – When assigned to do this task
• Clearing tables and wiping the tables and chairs
• Sorting dishes and organising them on the trolley
• Rinsing dishes and loading the dishwasher
• Drying dishes and putting away

Cleaning
• Cleaning your area each day
• Cleaning up dishes from your area
• Cleaning tasks within the business premises eg, Cleaning benches, floors, walls etc
• Doing the cleaning tasks set down each day as part of the closing of the store
• Cleaning Toliets
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Tidying up Store area and refiling stock
