The paper gift vouchers are sent out within two days after the order is received with eVocuhers being issued on payment. You can check participating members by looking for the gift voucher logo on their www.dinefind.co.nz listing, or contact your desired dining destination to check their participation in this scheme.

Gift voucher policy

The gift vouchers can be redeemed at participating Restaurant Association member establishments. Participating establishments can be found on www.dinefind.co.nz and will have the green voucher logo present on their listing, Listings may change without notice. *Please notify the establishment of your voucher at the time of booking or on arrival at your dining destination.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Since September 2024 the vouchers have a three year expiry date. The voucher is only valid for the amount stated. The voucher must be used in whole. No change will be given unless the participating establishment wishes to do so.

Returns Policy

Please make your selections carefully as we are unable to refund or exchange your purchases once your order has been processed. Please ensure that your vouchers are kept in a safe place as we are unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers.

Delivery Policy

Delivery can only be made within New Zealand. We will not deliver to any address we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Courier Post (Signature and Tracked). Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for loss or damage to vouchers that are undelivered or delivered to an incorrect address.

Any personal information that is provided by the user of this website is retained by merchant and will not be distributed to third parties.

All Credit Card transactions are processed immediately. The payment page is hosted by the bank and secured with 128 bit encryption. The card details you enter are safe because it is not stored or cached by the merchant – but entered directly into the banking system. You will receive an instant confirmation of transaction approval or decline.

We do try our hardest to keep the site up to date with current establishments that take the vouchers but due to sale of business, change of ownership and other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee that all listings with the logo will know about the vouchers or take them. If any issues should arise please contact us immediately.
